Located between two metro stations with multiple lines, the hotel is conveniently close to a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. Guests appreciate the clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing good service. the hotel is near various restaurants and shops, offering convenience to guests.
While the hotel offers a good variety of breakfast options, some guests have mentioned that the food could be improved with more variety.

Friendly staff, helped with door. Quiet neighborhood, accessible from Sinseoldong Station. Hard to find for private vehicle. Thermos changed without questions. Endless refills if allow cleaning. Cook plays BTS, friendly. Beds comfortable. Occasionally hear BTS in bathroom. Good transportation, surrounding restaurants nice. Hotel clean, staff ready to help. Many restaurants, shops nearby. Pleasant walk by Cheonggye Stream. Big supermarket, two underground stations nearby. Airport shuttle bus stop close.
